Job Description

As a people experience manager, you utilise user-centred design practices such as service journey mapping and design thinking to identify opportunities to improve various touchpoints and business function domains. You assess, develop, and introduce customer experience related innovations across all service channels with process changes and infrastructure/platform development. You also conduct user validation sessions with stakeholders to evaluate the stability, satisfaction, and the adoption of a service/product before launch, ensuring that the service/product is fit for purpose and people-centric.
Job Requirement
You must have a tertiary qualification in any discipline, preferably with training in desing thinking. You should possess strong project management, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills. Appointment will be commensurate with your experience.
