ST Engineering Manager

Identify, research and develop new business opportunities for growth Assist in formulating marketing strategies and business initiatives Gather market intelligence/research via trade exhibition related events, publications, and announcements Analyse the market and industrial segments data and trend Develop and implement plans for new and existing products and/or solutions Develop, maintain and grow new markets through strategic partnering with customers Presentation to management committees, VIPs, internal and external forums when assigned

At least 6 years' experience in related roles Experience in marine industry is preferred Degree in Engineering, Business or its equivalent Knowledge in marketing and business development relating to marine industry Knowledge of marine vessels and related products would be advantageous Good communication skills and negotiation skills Strong analytical and evaluation skills. Self-motivated with ability to handle multiple opportunities and projects concurrently High attention to personal presentation and ability to converse in a professional manner Out-going with ability to communicate and market ideas and concepts
