Bank Manager

Oversee daily and month end control activities performed by offshore team and manage SLA monthly activities Ensure bank's FX exposure, from non-FM businesses or non-FM trading activities, is appropriately sent for FX management Maintain close collaboration with product control teams, offshore teams and/or operations team to provide assurance of FM financials through: Joint review actual (ledger) vs flash (front office) pipeline adjustments required Review product control's balance sheet Attestation, TP-GL activities, suspense monitoring and clearance processes to provide assurance on accuracy on balance sheet Review country addendum for FM products Maintain or review process relating to FM static Approve internal FM cross border settlements Responsible to raise risk and data gaps identified in appropriate Finance/Operations/Business forums, and plan and drive mitigation and remediation action to close out gaps with relevant stakeholders. Support country / FM business / Group projects / other initiatives such as ACU-DBU merger, TP decommissioning, project Wave, Aspire, etc, ensuring appropriate controls are in place Facilitate and bridge gaps across local finance, Operations, GL maintenance and product control teams to drive fixes and enhancement Challenge existing processes and identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy in FM reporting Demonstrate controls through EUC attestation, internal/external audit queries

At least 8 years product control and/or financial accounting experience, familiar with FM booking model and accounting for FM products Possess strong control mindset and able to drive process enhancement across Operations and finance Demonstrate understanding in FX management and impact. Experience in running finance projects and/or controls in FM space. Able to communicate and present issues in a clear, concise manner across working levels and functions Knowledge in PeopleSoft GL, SAP, Murex is preferred.
