Job Description
Drive and lead the inclusion efforts of Singtel Strategy, policy and framework Disability awareness, education and training programmes for staff Workplace internship and hiring of persons with disabilities Accessibility at Singtel premises and services Manage internal communications of inclusion programmes, working with Group Strategic Communications and Brand Develop and manage relationship and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, such as HR, staff mentors and SG Enable, on inclusion efforts and programmes Coordinate and drive Singtel's involvement in the Singapore Business Network on DisAbility (SBNoD) Administrative Support Manage administrative systems and procedures (e.g. budgetary and personnel) and maintain records for Group Sustainability Support department's annual budgeting exercise and closely track and submit budget reports to Finance Support purchasing needs of the department (e.g. raise orders and process invoices) according to Singtel's procurement process Maintain department assets inventory etc. Support Singtel's sustainability awards and surveys submission Provide support for community and environmental events organised by Group Sustainability
Job Requirement
A degree with at least 3 years' experience in Diversity and Inclusion Good understanding of Singtel's sustainability strategy and the four pillars Possess a strong knowledge of stakeholder relationship management and resource planning Strong advocacy and communication skills with different levels of the organisation and stakeholders Good listening and decision-making skills Highly self-driven and takes initiative Good level of reasoning ability Strong data analytical skills Strong task, cost and time management skills and ability to multi-task Proficient in Microsoft Office products especially Excel and familiar with SAP
