Assist in Name and Transaction Screening User Acceptance Testing Log UAT defects for IT to investigate and conscientiously follow through to ensure delivery and tested before rolling out the new changes Perform detailed briefings with BAU users to inform on key changes regarding the rollout and the impact to BAU processing or related exception handling, if any Assist in system Calibration exercises Review of Function Specifications and identify potential gaps between user requirements and product delivery Support in system related file preparations Any other ad-hoc project related works

Proficient in MS Office (in particular - MS Excel) and macros preferred Previous experiences in project team Knowledge in SWIFT-related product will be an advantage Willingness to learn Ability to work independently as well as in a team
