Understanding business requirements and expectations of assigned advertising and marketing projects.
Developing ideas and concepts for advertising and marketing campaigns across a variety of media - print/posters, digital, broadcast, mailers etc, usually in partnership with a copywriter.
Guiding more junior members of the creative team, ensuring quality control.
Creating final artwork for print and digital.
Possessing a high-level ability with design software - Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Having a deep understanding of typography - type design, layout of text etc.
Selecting and directing photographers, illustrators, digital imagers, 3D renderers etc.
Understanding print production and being able to specify print requirements and brief printers.
Working cohesively with both creative team colleagues and colleagues across the business.
Any other responsibilities assigned, as relevant.
