Operations Manager

Key responsibilities for this position include ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all investment operations, working closely with front office on MO duties like performance reporting, currency exposures, cash management, liaising with external vendors for IT outsourcing contracts (including selection/negotiation), monitoring of risks across public market investments and private investments, liaising and working closely with the Head of Asia and the Global COO on all operational and investment duties.

The ideal candidate would have many years experience in operations and/or middle office with a PE fund, family office or a large investment management firm across multiple asset classes, you must be able to work in a hands on, team environment, have a collaborative, driven personality; previous work experience with funds with AUM of over 1B+ would be preferred.
