Craft strategies for all marketing teams across countries, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for marketing department Set, monitor and report on team goals Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (such as events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional materials) Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness Participate in the quarterly and annual planning of company objectives Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results Maintain marketing team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees Maintain marketing team job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results Develop marketing team by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities

Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or any related field Proven leadership skills in managing teams located in different countries Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Experience with A/B testing Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) Working knowledge of ad serving tools Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
