Job Description

Provide administrative and client service support to Relationship Managers
Respond to all client enquiries and instructions with the ability to resolve most issues and requests
Monitor clients' records, transactions and activities in a timely manner
Administrative duties include scheduling appointments, preparing correspondences, making travel arrangements, arranging meetings and receptions, producing presentation materials
Understand the mechanisms of common financial products and services
Coordinate with Product Groups, Operations and other functional areas to resolve clients' issues and requests
Ensure compliance to Bank's applicable policies
Job Requirement
3-5 years of relevant experience in client servicing, operations or front office support within banking

Strong understanding of financial products and services

Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills

Preferably CACS certified
