Project Manager

The incumbent must be able to manage the projects\u2019 clients\/ consultants\/ contractors\/ Suppliers, and to ensure all aspect of the project (progress, production, coordination, cost) are well managed to ensure timely and cost effective project delivery Manage a team of planners to ensure that they carry out each individuals\u2019 projects smoothly and effectively (cost and time). The Manager do not just supervise the planners but to lead by example; attending meetings (whenever necessary), helping to solve project challenges and guide the team to run the projects confidently and successfully To ensure the team not only enforce but also to be attentive, sensitive to progress claims, variation orders and contractual issues Able to coordinate with other internal departments on shop drawing, on production and delivery progress Work closely under GM on all projects related matters and to carry out the duties assigned by the top management

Good degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from recognized University. Preferably 3 years working experience in the construction\/precast industry. Good communication and writing skills Those with precast experience will have added advantage Able to work in a fast-pace environment independent, dedicated, team player, always ready to lead and find solutions or suggestions to solve problems
