Job Description

Work directly with our customers and partners, providing subject matter expertise during implementation of our software products. Responsible for software configuration and end-user training. Mentor / train support team members and recommend corrective actions to resolve product related issues. Capture customer and partner needs across technical areas. Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and email
Job Requirement
A degree/diploma in IT or related engineering discipline. Good knowledge of system/application administration, preferably in Windows and UNIX. Preferably with 1 or 2 years of experience working in a helpdesk/service desk or IT related environment. Possess administrative knowledge of Atlassian products will be an added advantage. Candidates with experience with CI/CD set-up and basic programming knowledge preferred
