Project Manager

Ensure smooth progress and timely delivery and completion of projects by the site teams and contractors at all times. Identify problems and recommend areas for improvement. Assist in tendering for new consultancy projects. Coordinate closely with in-house Designer, QS team and manufacturing team. Work closely with contractor, sub-contractor and building management. Any other related duties as assigned from time to time. Candidate must hardworking and able to work independently and under pressure.

Minimum 5years related local working experience. Preferably experienced with specializing in Architecture\/Interior Design or equivalent. Able to interpret interior plans and familiar with building and safety regulations. Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
