Job Description

-Provide responses to travel inquiries from online and offline platforms.
-Track and follow up the customer inquiry and distribute the customer to travel consultant.
-Update the sales manager about the daily action summary.
-Work closely with the Travel consultant team and Marketing team, help to close deals.
-Ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

-Good communication and study skill
-Possess customer service skills and a sense of professionalism
-Ability to take initiative and work independently
-Good interpersonal skills/ team player
-Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge of additional languages (Mandarin, Malay or other languages) is an advantage
-Preferably able to start work immediately or within a short period.
