Job Description
Our client is a popular travel agency from Japan that was established in 1905. Since then, they have ventured their operations into different parts of the world. Their Singapore branch specialises in customising tours to Japan, as well as the sales of transportation tickets and accommodations. - Liaising with customers/Japan counterparts/overseas agents for travel arrangement to overseas. - Liaising with other external parties for necessary arrangements - Answering phone calls, reply to emails and answer inquiries. - Checking for new tour biddings on GeBiz heading towards Japan - Creation of quotation, itinerary and other documentations required - Assist manager for documentation - Selling of JR Pass and other attraction tickets available - Maintaining Facebook and Instagram - Assist in /Attend events, workshop and others when required - Planning and executing events and workshop when required - Other ad-hoc duties where necessary
Job Requirement
- Team Player - Ability to work independently - Fast learner - Attention to detail - Ability to perform under pressure - Ability to work in a fast paced environment - Japanese speaking preferred to liaise with Japanese customers - Additional Wage Supplement (depending on company performance) - Bonus (depending on company performance) - Medical claim (capped at S$200, pro -rated for 1st year) - Birthday Leave - Annual leave ( 1st year 9 days prorated, additional 1 day per year of service, capped at 16 days) - Medical leave (14 days)
