 Advisory Partner line division to navigate the procurement cycle and upkeep the procurement competencies of staff conducting procurement in GovTech Reviewer Detail Review of Tender Procurement Documents and Papers including Tender Documents, Bid Amendments, Evaluation Report and Contract Variations

At least a degree in business or procurement related study At least 5 years of working experience, preferably with working experience in similar capacity in the Procurement Department with public organisations Conversant with the Government IM on Procurement and FCM relating to Government Procurements Good knowledge of GeBIZ 2.0 MS Office and other IT applications Basic legal and contractual knowledge Good communications and written skill Good interpersonal skill with all levels and externally
