Freelance Job Description

Our client is looking for someone to do legal research of Singapore case laws. The case law requirement shall include followings:

1) Company law: Minority Oppression

2) Liquidation of companies

3) Professional Negligent

 

 
Job Requirement
The candidate shall be lawyer, law student or someone experience in legal research of case laws in Singapore.

Reseach can be done at home and communication by phone or email.

Compensation can be by hour worked or by number of case laws presented or combination of both.
