Job Description
-Customer Service Act as primary point of contact for online and mail order customers. Attend to phone and email enquiries. Process orders in a timely manner. Resolve complaints in a courteous and timely manner -Manage E-Commerce Shop Assist in monitoring stock levels on various e-commerce platforms. Create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions to various ecommerce platforms and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner. Assist with packing and processing daily deliveries, returns and write-offs. Strive to develop in-depth knowledge of Tech Dynamic’s products. Analyse data and deliver data-driven strategies to achieve top performance and KPIs. Generate monthly reports on e-commerce performance for management review. -General Office Duties Assist with other general administrative duties as may be required from time to time.
Job Requirement
Diploma in Marketing or any related field. No experience required Good communication skills and a team player. Candidate must be self-motivated and results driven. Independent and able to work well under pressure. Proficient in MS office. Possess some understanding of web design and web analysis.
