Handling phone enquiries about IT products Achieve sales target through close follow-up on leads generated from various channel via phone calls and e-mails. Leads management such as monitoring sales pipeline, maintaining records of contacts, accounts and journey in CRM system. Perform data entry and administrative filing duties Others ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
