Job Description

Coordinates and ensures the back office activity in the boutique. Records client data, creates and assigns the notification of the Repair Slips in the boutique workshop and service platform Follow up the clients’ files in cooperation with all relevant departments. Ensures the administration of activities in the boutique (bills, archives, etc.) Send estimates to the client; provide explanations, quotations, updates over the phone if required. Monitors stocks on a daily basis and repair inventories Payment collection and control of sales files
Job Requirement
Tertiary education with experience ideally within the luxury retail industry. Strong command of IT system & tools (SAP) Good interpersonal skills and good team-player Client orientation and business acumen
