Senior Engineer

Define and implement product quality and reliability monitors. Lead team to perform rejects’ analysis, understand root cause and drive corrective actions to improve product quality by working with Product engineering, test engineering and factory team. Manage manufacturing excursions to define affected material, provide Q&R risk assessment and disposition. Work with NPI team to ensure smooth transition of new products to HVM with no quality issues.
