>Support the development and implementation of the DBS Contingent Workforce Strategy and governance framework across markets >Support the development and implementation of the CWF system across markets including designing of workflow, user and employee journey, requirements gathering, data analysis and testing >Support the development and management of policies and guidelines for vendor management including vendor performance scorecard implementation and assessment >Review and enhance current processes and tools to support stakeholders for new and existing engagements to improve efficiency >Review and analysis of data to identify risks, opportunities and trends to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of CWF strategy >Provide and develop training, standards and guidelines of CWF best practise to managers
