Job Description - Capture property information and propose design through visiting consumers related design, constructor and fabrication - Technical explanation about the products to mainly to constructors and architectural design firm in building architects - Create presentation documents, make presentation and propose designs for individual projects - Provide technical instruction about manufacture of steel to constructors and fabrication - Provide technical support related steel-frame such as detail design, manufacture and procedure of quality management - Support to enhance sales activity liaising with sales department - Sharing information from visitations to consumers with sales department - Technical support related to received orders - Marketing and collection of market and technical updates - Catch up latest updates in related society in Singapore, collection and offer information - Marketing and research on trends in architectural market - Assist on negotiation with Licensed body in Singapore such as BCA,SCDF - Attend regular meeting and other meetings to share latest market information etc.
