Heading up and leading a team of qualified finance professionals in Singapore and Hong Kong Overseeing budgeting & forecasting, consolidating of financial accounts, auditing, managing key banking relationships and establishing KPIs for the owned businesses Managing and forecasting cash requirements Ensuring the Company's financial management (including measurement, budgeting, planning and reporting systems) are up to date with accurate information to liaise the JV partners and franchisees
