Senior Executive / Executive

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of Road Tax Arrears section which includes the accurate and efficient collection of arrears at the payment counters. Besides performing counter duties, you are also required to handle appeals and queries made by motorists on their arrears cases through the various feedback channels. Administrative duties in the backroom includes checking of documents to ensure information accuracy and, preparation of reports and files which are associated to road tax recovery.
