Your tasks
>> Process Account and Customer Data Maintenance request for Individual Customers
>>Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
>>Handle enquiries/ escalation from local Branches, Business Units and Support/ Contact Centre
>>Assist to prepare and submit management/ statistical reports
