Head of Product

Your tasks Oversee product development with a data-driven, user centric approach Work with engineering and the product team to meet the company's core expectations. Be a part of the core leadership team to define product strategy and roadmap and translate it into planning the detailed requirements, user stories, epics and prototypes Drive product development process, participating in a collaborative agile approach to execute the product strategy and vision while prioritizing effectively based on project timelines and resources Work closely with the Engineering team to ensure features are on track and delivered on time while anticipating and resolving bottlenecks for the team Define detailed use cases, product requirements, and technical specsIdentify gaps in the product development systems, and where necessary, develop processes and infrastructure to mitigate gaps Gauge how new technologies & tools fit into the broad technical infrastructure and how that infrastructure should evolve Become the primary expert on the competitive landscape of our industry including valued features and functionality
