Recruitment Executive

 Manage the recruitment process across junior to mid-level hires.
 Liaise with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and interviews.
 Create and maintain job advertisements on various job portals.
 Actively source and approach passive individuals.
 Schedule and conduct interviews.
 Assist with internal and external recruitment events.
 Build and manage talent pipelines.
 Keep up-to-date with industry trends.
