-Responsible for Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition functions of Human Resources
-Partner department heads and managers to develop talent acquisition strategies, processes and programs to drive effective recruitment
-Advice department heads on HR and its related matters in areas of manpower performance & conduct management, development, retention & succession.
-Guide and coach people managers on managing people issues on ground
-Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities
-Manage Employee Engagement programmes eg focus group, townhalls
-Collate and analyse HR related data to support key business decisions. Prepare periodic HR reports, including collation and submission of surveys to various government agencies/authorities
-Review of HR processes and procedures for compliance and relevance.
-Build relationship and collaborate with govt agencies & institutions of higher learnings to attract, green harvest and develop.
