Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are Welcome to apply this Full time position
• Work closely with FOH staff on HR related issues.
• Manage new hire, confirmation and transfer processes which includes preparing letters, updating data into HR system.
• Manage office mails, including distribution and coordinating courier services.
• Work closely with various divisions in implementation of HR activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
• Diploma in Human Resources/Business/Administration
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field
• Able to read and speak Mandarin so as to communicate with Chinese associates
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
