Customer Care Officer-
This is a role for an independent contractor or contract for service role for a minimum of 6 months (extendable).
Responsibilities:
*To be the basic point of contact for customers & corporate partners and provide pre- and post-sales support.
• Timely submission of necessary documents (e.g. EDM and security clearance name list) to corporate partners
• Preparation of post-sales report for sharing with corporate partners
• Deal directly with customers and corporate partners either by telephone and/or email
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries,feedback and complaints
• Process forms and follow-ups, as well as cash-on-delivery orders where necessary
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken (customer care log)
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Other ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; Those with 1 to 2 years of customer service experience have an advantage
• Good communication skills (verbal and written English) and customer service oriented
• Good listening and problem solving skills
• Able to take instructions and pay attention to details
• Self motivated, responsible and able to adapt quickly to new processes and programme
• Basic knowledge of MS Word & Excel, Gmail and Google Drive
• You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents/Permanent Residents preferred
• Able to start work by 18 February
