1. Administrative Support *
Prepare, administer and coordinate clients’ quotations, proposals, bids, orders, contracts
in an efficient manner.
Responsible for updating and maintaining selected projects’ systems and documents/files.
2. Client Management & Development
Priority and plan the work activities within customer project scope and timeline
Build and maintain relationship with the key account personnel
Be key point of contact for client's feedback and needs
Achieve the sales objectives that may comprise of schedule, revenue, profitability and customer feedback
Negotiate and increase the company image brand awareness with parties, departments within the client
Provide accurate report of meetings with comprehensive and relentless follow-up plan
Keep on track and report information on competitors activities
