Digital Marketer Growth Hacker

- Lead the marketing team
- Grow Diversiteam’s global brand awareness
- Manage social media channels and grow the online audience
- Find creative ways and channels to attract the target audience
- Be closely involved in conferences, events, talks and fund raising rounds
- Work closely in the team to develop and execute growth marketing campaigns
- Create relevant and engaging content related to diversity, career development, personal development and overseas experiences

- Experience in the HR industry is a big plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Experience in inbound & outbound marketing
- Joy in content creation, SEO and UX optimisation
- Joy interacting with the audience online and offline
- Min. 3 year of relevant working experience in digital marketing / advertising
- Experience with CRM and marketing tools (Hubspot, Mailchimp etc.) is a plus
- Speaking and writing skills in German or other European languages is a big plus
- Experience with digital designing tools (Photoshop, Illustratior, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Hands-on self-starter with willingness to take new challenges, eager to learn, explore and develop personally and professionally
