Operation Executive

- Plan, prepare and organize outbound shipping operations with external transport companies.
- Inspecting incoming goods to ensure they are accurately delivered and of acceptable
- Assist with Operations function of the business.
- Performing Day-to-day Administrative Duties
- Managing Records of company policies & procedures
- Creating presentations, documents, files
- Attending clients queries
- Updating customer data
- Assist with procuring productions supplies
- Updating inventory data
- Invoicing and following up with accounts receivables
- Supervise shipping and logistics
- Working closely with warehouse
- Plan and assign the routes for all vehicles for daily deliveries
- Ensure that all the drivers are aware of specific customer requirements
- Prioritize urgent requests and ensure deliveries are made on time
- Monitor vehicle’s movements to ensure customer’s requests are met daily
- Investigate and resolve all delivery discrepancies promptly
- Ensure all documentations (e.g. delivery note/ delivery list) are properly signed and acknowledged by customers
- Generate weekly/ monthly reports on driver’s performance
- Prepare monthly billing reports

- Good team player, good learning attitude with positive
- You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents/Singapore PR
- Computer / Microsoft Literacy
- Able to communicate English & Chinese
- Fast learner
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Overtime ( If required )
- No experience needed ( Candidate Experience in logistic is a plus )
