Investor Relationship Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Active acquisition and prospecting of new investors.
2. Develop and management of investors; develop and strengthen their relationship with the company.
3. Customer relationship management of new and existing affluent customers.
4. Contribute positively to the overall customer experience.
5. Ensure the minutes of the meetings are recorded in an accurate and timely manner.
6. Undertake ad hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.

1. Recognized Diploma or Degree. ‘O’ Level and ‘A’ Level holders may also be considered.
2. At least 1 year of client servicing experiences. Experience in the banking and financial services industry is preferred but not compulsory.
3. Sound knowledge of banking products and services is preferred but not compulsory.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Creative and possess the drive and ability to work independently and in a team.
6. Junior candidates with some knowledge of Banking / Financial services can also be considered.
