Job Description

Salary: $1800 - 2000

Roles & Responsibilities

Answering phone calls and handle in-coming faxes

Establish and maintain a detailed tracking and filing system of all documents

Raise Purchase Orders and follow-up with Suppliers

Matching system of POs, DOs and Tax Invoices

Monitor the inventory of all office supplies and services for in-house consumption

Monitor & maintain the materials stocks, machineries & tools in the Warehouse

Update sales quotations, project costings and do up monthly reports on Project collections and invoices summary

Monitor on project payments & retentions

Prepare foreign workers monthly payroll

Provide administrative and clerical support to all HQ andOperation Staffs

Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned
Job Requirement
Proven admin working experience preferred but not essential

Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Words etc)

Knowledge of MYOB would be an advantage

Good working attitude, hardworking, responsible and team-player

Able to start immediately or within short notice

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
