Job Description

Salary: $1800 - 2000

Responsibilities

Provide general administrative support for Sales and Accounts Department
Assisting in quotations, contracts, invoices and process orders accurately and timely based on customers’ requirements.
Attend to all incoming inquiries via phone and emails.
Maintain administration file, to ensure customer’s data and record up-to date
Any ad-hoc assignment which may be assigned from time to time.

Working hours - 9am to 6pm (Monday - Friday)
Work location - Alexandra Terrace
Job Requirement
Administrative support experience will be an advantage
Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-tasking, work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint)
Able to start work within short notice
