Salary: $1800 - 2000
Provide general administrative support for Sales and Accounts Department
Assisting in quotations, contracts
, invoices and process orders accurately and timely based on customers’ requirements.
Attend to all incoming inquiries via phone and emails.
Maintain administration file, to ensure customer’s data and record up-to date
Any ad-hoc assignment which may be assigned from time to time.
Working hours - 9am to 6pm (Monday - Friday)
