Job Description
• Develop and implement effective digital marketing campaigns (i.e. web, social media, mobile) via all channels on a timely basis
• Build and maintain vendor and media partnerships / channels
• Manage social media accounts, grow our following and engage with our communities.
• Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web).
• Design posters, banners, web pages, and brochures
• Write copy and create EDM for email to new and current customers and sales leads
• Source for marketing paraphernalia and services
• Create and update web pages
• Prepare product presentations, brochures and other marketing materials as needed
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
• Organize and execute marketing events for demand generation
• Track competitive environment
• Liaise & communicate effectively within company to monitor & analyse sales performances as well as external parties including advertising agencies, media owners, research houses etc
• Support the sales & marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
Job Requirement
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Interactive & Digital Media, Marketing, Business or other related areas
• 1-2 years of experience in branding, digital marketing, web analytics, and other aspects of marketing and/or event management
• Understanding of social media platforms and how to engage audiences using different types of image-based content
• Fluent in English, written and spoken (Chinese and other languages spoken in SE Asia is a plus)
• Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure, individually and as a team
• Positive attitude, good team spirit and willingness to learn
