Restaurant Manager

Job Scope:
• Involve in hiring, training and disciplining of restaurant employees, etc: interviewing of prospective candidates
• Employee management including communicating restaurant policies and scheduling shifts
• Customer services duties includes greeting customers, taking orders during peak hours and handling customer complains
• Administrative duties includes ordering inventory and supplies, prepare deposits, tally receipts and process payroll
• Handling of outlet events
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety codes for eating establishments

Job Requirement:
• 3 years of F&B experience
• Able to work independently and display of leadership
• Familiar with restaurant operation work flow
