Data Center Operator

*Responsibilities:

Application and Infrastructure monitoring
Escalation of application and infrastructure related alerts to support team
Participate in investigation and resolution of alerts as required from support team.
Perform batch job processing for various internal stakeholders
Perform job scheduling request from various internal stakeholders
Perform data centre operation functions like tape management, access management and DC facility monitoring
To be the local job scheduling SME (Support after office hours job scheduling request)
To work with offshore scheduling team in review of daily operation checklist
Partake in operational process review and documentation of operational workflow
As part of succession planning, the candidate will be groomed for team lead role

* Required Skills:
Control – M, Scripting Knowledge, Monitoring Tool, OS – Windows and UNIX, ITIL Foundation
