Job Description

We're looking for self-driven, motivated and pro-active candidates with pleasant personality to be part of our team as Admin Officer (Operations & Customer Service)

Attend to customer queries, handle enquiries on phone and email
Manage the general administration of the centre
Maintain data records, reconcile bank statements etc
Manage fees collection and schedule makeup lessons
Supervise the procurement of materials, management of centre inventory
Support the school in staff management including payroll and training.
As the Administration Manager at our centre, you will play a key role in assisting the Director in finance, human resource management, centre management and general administration of the centre. To support a small team of Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) to achieve excellence in centre administration and operations. This job offers excellent opportunities to acquire skills in all facets of organisational administration in a vibrant environment.
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent of Career Readiness Certification (Operations)
Proficient in MS Excel and Words, and be IT savvy
Meticulous, responsible and able to multi-task
Pleasant personality, Fluent English, Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Possess initiative and have good problem-solving skills
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Experience in similar position and preferably in a School Environment will be an advantage
