Job Description

- Assist the General Manager in managing the agents and call center operations
- Operate closely with the General Manager on managing clients' requirements
- Operate closely with IT team on any IT requirements or IT related issues.
- Manage agents' performance in call handling, ensuring that specific service level and turnaround targets are met.
- Monitor and manage team adherence and quality performance against targets
- Handle team escalations wherever possible; ensure appropriate and timely escalation to the client, if required
- Responsible for the agents' recruitment, training and development
- Cover Team Managers' duties and shift where necessary.
- Assist in solving problems and resolving complaints
- Liaison with client contact points for follow up cases where necessary.
- Assist in analyzing and submitting daily and monthly reports
- Assist in submitting regular training materials for approval to clients
Job Requirement
-Only Male Singaporean & PR are welcome
- Working location : East side
- Working hours: 5.5 days - 44hrs per week
- Working at a highly secured environment
