Barista Hospitality Trainers

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Prepping before and packing up after class.

2. Conduct lessons according to lesson plans provided.

3. Ensure effective transfer of learning by engaging students.

4. Admin duties such as attendance taking, assessment of tasks based on rubrics, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. MOE IRS APPROVED. This is a mandatory requirement by MOE for all external instructors. 2. Passionate about sharing knowledge and expertise with the next generation.

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in a related environment, such as a hotel/restaurant for Culinary and Pastry & Baking trainers. Ability to share industry knowledge is a MUST.

4. Ability to engage and mingle with youths.

5. Training and/or counseling experience is a BONUS!
