Freelance Job Description
Research and Compile Data on Top 30 Real Estate Developers in Singapore with Direct Communication Channel establishment to their International Sales Leader.
We are an overseas digital real estate agency, seeking a diligent and detail-oriented freelancer to identify and collect basic data an contact information of the leading property developers, and also establish direct connection to the International Sales Leader of each property developer.
Scope of Work:
1. Identify Top Condominium Developers: Research and list the top residential real estate developers in the luxury segment and fill in the detailed excel table for their contact information, and all actual project information (project on sale from the developer or their master agent, whether low rise or high rise, off plan or ready to move in).
2. Contact the identified international sales leaders professionally on behalf of us. Confirm their interest in forming a group for ongoing communication and data exchange.
3. Establish a communication group (e.g., on WhatsApp, Viber, Other chat, or if chat is not working via email, etc.) with the international sales leaders and cc / introduce the ordering party. Ensure that the relevant person replies for the initial outreach.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in communication and market research.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection.
Ability to meet deadlines and provide high-quality work.
Excellent in phone-based and written communication.
Excellent local language and English language knowledge.
