Freelance Job Description
Educator Management Intern Provide administrative support to the Educator Management (EM) Manager in the management and development of Trainers. Key responsibilities include administrative support for the full spectrum of EM functions which includes recruiting and onboarding of new Trainers, organizing Learning and Development (L&D) programs, recording CIM scores, scheduling Trainers for class assignments, and processing their monthly invoices.
Trainer Recruitment - Support the selection, recruitment, and onboarding of new Trainers in a timely manner.
Trainer Assignment - Assign competent/suitable Trainers to confirmed classes.
Trainer Payment - Process Trainer invoices timely and accurately.
Learner Transfer - Process Workplace Literacy (WPL) Learner requests for transfer to other proficiency levels.
Trainer Stand-In - Effect Trainer stand-in request(s) with minimal impact on Learners and operations.
Trainer Performance - Support EM Manager on Trainer Performance Management.
Trainer Learning & Development (L&D) - Assist in the development of Trainers’ capabilities/competencies.
Record Keeping & Ad-Hoc Tasks - Ensure records are properly maintained and filed for audit purposes.
Undergraduate student majoring in Business Administration/Management/Human Resource Management/Marketing or equivalent
Able to write and speak fluently in English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to commit full-time/part-time/combination for at least 3 to 6 months
