Freelance Job Description

We are looking for a diligent, meticulous, and helpful individual to join our team. 

The contract staff will provide operational support to the Operations team. 

The position will be on a 3 months renewable contract.

 Job Scope:

Daily reports 
– To generate Transaction reports on daily basis

Competitor’s rates 
– To extract competitor’s rates for reporting purpose

Clearing of transactions 
- To clear transactions correctly and timely on daily basis
- Approve new applications in Maker's Queue

Update of pass
Weekly report/ Fortnightly report/Quarterly report
- To extract details and create charts & tables

EOD reports
Other ad hoc tasks that are assigned by the team lead.

Job Requirement
  • 2 days off on rotation basis, willing to work on weekends if required.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel. 
  • Organised and able to multi-task: you are skilled at managing your time, priorities, tasks and get things done fast, even when things can be chaotic
  • Fast and Accurate worker: you have meticulous attention to detail know-how to review your work to produce quality and deliver fast
  • Can-do attitude problem solver: you are a roll-up-your-sleeves doer. You see a problem, arrive at a solution quickly, and know what it takes to get things done
