Trekkers Pte Ltd has been a ONE- STOP solution provider for Outdoor Education and Training needs since 1997. Equipped with a team of capable, dedicated and experienced facilitators, we have been handling and coordinating programmes of various natures and requests. We ensure that we encompass and cover every aspect of the programme that is given to us.

As a Freelance Facilitator, you are required to manage all aspects of the programme/camps.
This includes but will not be limited to: 

a.    Management and organization of your assigned group/team. 
b.    Conduct all activities for the group/team in the programme/camp.
c.    Maintain safety aspects of your assigned group/team for all events in the programme/camp. 
d.    Monitor group/team motivation and welfare for all events in the programme/camp.
e.    Briefing and debriefing before and after all activities. 
f.    Conduct proper reflection with your assigned group/team daily. 
g.    Conduct and compile evaluations and group reports after the programme/camp. 
h.    Assist the Programme Coordinator/Camp Chief/Camp Operations and other Facilitators in the programme/camp.
