Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Various clerical and general office administration duties
• Responsible for providing administrative support, including data entry and filing
• Create weekly and monthly metric reports for the management
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Required Technical Qualifications:

• Proven experience as data entry and administrative person
• Fast typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Knowledge of CRM and Bilingualism is an asset
