We are looking for an Inbound Creative Producer in Singapore. You will be an integral part of our dynamic team who owns the strategic and executional direction of photography, videography and video editing services at clickTRUE. You will be supporting the creative needs of our clients’ campaigns by working closely with our team of Inbound Marketing consultants to come up with creative visual work that can help our clients achieve their campaign goals.
You must enjoy prototyping ideas and revel in seeing ideas come to life through skilful photography, videography and editing. You will have a knack for creative strategy in alignment with the Inbound Marketing philosophy, ultimately integrating that into your production efforts.
Lead the full photo and video production process including conceptualisation, storyboarding, filming and post-editing, by working closely with a team of account managers, content strategists and designers.
Film videos based on creative briefs for uses that include but are not limited to social media, digital advertising, corporate branding.
Demonstrate a working understanding of sound recording requirements, the ability to leverage multi-point lighting and provide on-site direction to talents or products where needed.
Proficient in editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop and After Effects) with an eye for detail and resourcefulness.
Take professional pictures based on creative briefs, including but not limited to events, product, corporate assets and more.
Understand and stay updated with shooting styles, technical equipment and other production-related skills.
Handle technical aspects and be responsible for the maintenance & care of gear/ equipment.

Successful track record of producing and editing video content for digital media channels
Command of Adobe Creative Suite or other suites for creative editing
Keen interest in integrating the Inbound Marketing philosophy into photography and videography services
Keen sense of graphic design composition, motion graphics, music and sound design
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video production or creative production in a marketing environment
Familiarity with workflow for digital assets, video, audio and has a grasp of industry practices
Strong project management skills and ability to produce deliverables in a timely manner
Curious and interested in social media, advertising and creative production trends
