Job Description
Collaborate with the Operations and People Lead in setting and driving organizational vision, culture, operational strategy, and hiring needs Execute Affinity’s organization-wide operations strategy, ensuring that key internal KPIs are met Provide invaluable feedback to craft actionable goals for to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning Help foster company-wide culture of customer success Develop customer success strategies optimise for employee retention and happiness Oversee employee productivity and focus on building a high-performance, inclusive team culture to ensure that organisational needs are met Run the day-to-day operations management/ logistics needs of the company Ensure effective talent acquisition, professional development, performance management, and retention Understand and advise on customer support functions, in collaboration with the product and sales team to drive product improvement and adoption Work closely with external finance managers to manage the overall profit and loss books for the venture
Job Requirement
Bachelors’ degree in Business Development, Finance, Commerce or any other related field 5+ years of experience running and scaling start-ups’ operations Well-versed in operations, customer support, finance, people, and legal Extreme attention to detail and deadline management Broad base of knowledge spanning strategy and business development, product management, engineering, operations, design and agile/lean development practices Confidence in creating and managing culture in a fast-growing and moving environment A great communicator who always finds the right angle for different target audiences Experience working with decentralised, cross-functional teams will be a plus
