Job Description

Internal Communications to support Staff Engagement and Transformation Office Execute corporate communications and staff engagement communication plans to proactively raise awareness and understanding of NCS purpose, beliefs and value proposition. Develop communication campaigns with purposeful content themes and narratives to deliver consistent and clear messages to staff. Advisor to internal stakeholders on communication matters and manage all internal communications channels including video wall, website, intranet news bite, staff announcement emails, corporate e-newsletters, in-office branding assets & festive décor, e-digest on wins, innovations, and employee engagement matters. Work closely with Singtel Corp Communications on NCS submission for annual report, monthly and quarterly leaders briefing. Support communications and event needs for Singtel Group/ NCS Corporate Social Responsibilities, Health & Wealth initiatives Media Relations & Crisis Communications Draft senior management talking points, speeches, announcements at events, and support Senior Leadership Team in public appearances and media engagements. Manage media enquiries, write media releases, organise media events, handle on-site media engagement, prepare media kit and brief spokespersons on FAQs. Red-teaming for possible de-railers to communications, crafting talking points and analysing media coverage. Support crisis communications Customer Communications (Corporate Level) Craft CEO/ senior management messages for external stakeholders (customers, partners). Manage creative development and production of external corporate communication assets, including production of festive e-greetings and creative packaging for gifts Source and submit nominations for industry awards Senior Leaders Profiling Raise the visibility of Senior Leaders on social media (LI) and public speaking forums. Support Seniors Leaders with content thought leadership and LI personal branding Brand Identity Governance & Corporate Marketing Assets Custodian of NCS brand story, corporate identity and visual identity system. This includes governing the design of sub-brands logo and brand assets architecture. Support any brand refresh initiatives to update NCS Corporate Identity Guidelines for consistent brand visual usage internally and externally. Responsible for regularly updating NCS corporate info in all marketing assets, which includes ppt deck, boiler plate, factsheet, corporate video, and profile write up on all digital platforms (website, social channels, Wikipedia, partner sites etc)
Job Requirement
Degree holder 8-10 years of branding, corporate communications and media relations experience Media Relations, Press Release Writing and Media FAQs CEO / Leaders Strategic Message Crafting Brand Governance Digital Marketing Skills (LinkedIn, SEO) Content Strategy and Planning Skills Good writing and story-telling skills Great planning and execution skills to deliver by set deadlines Team player with great interpersonal skills to interlock with various business units Creative and with eye for details Confidence to interact and engage with Senior Leaders Persevering spirit, bold aptitude to keep trying after each failure Keen interest in technology Change management communication Social branding management for Senior Leaders
